These days, most trips are with my wife, a mix of vacations and the occasional business trip, where we get to experience a place together and then see it a little differently through the lens. I usually have a camera in hand, starting years ago with a DSLR and now shooting on my EOS R. But at the core, I’m a video guy. I don’t just want to capture where we went, I want to capture what it felt like to be there.
Every trip becomes a chance to create something. A short film. A collection of moments. The in-between stuff that photos and video hold onto better than memory sometimes does.
This page is a collection of those trips. The videos I’ve put together to tell the story, and the photos that fill in everything around them. Not just where we’ve been, but how those places felt when we were in them.
